Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Cadryon collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Cadryon is an AI-staffed platform that helps you run a business: you tell us about your business, and AI staff draft documents and messages that you review and approve.

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to Cadryon ("we", "us"), our website, and the app. If you connect a third-party service (such as your email provider or a code host), that service's own privacy terms also apply to the data you access through it.

2. Information we collect

  • •Account information — your email address and authentication details used to sign you in.
  • •Business content — the information you enter or upload (company profile, jobs/matters, clients, documents, messages, files) so the platform can produce your work.
  • •Generated content — documents, drafts, schedules, and briefs the AI staff create for you.
  • •Usage and technical data — pages visited, actions taken, device/browser information, and log data used to operate and secure the service.
  • •Location — approximate location for features you enable (for example, field check-ins); precise GPS is captured only when you actively use a field feature.
  • •Cookies — an essential session cookie to keep you signed in; optional analytics only if you allow them.

3. How we use your information

  • •To provide the service — run your workspace, generate the documents and messages you ask for, and keep your data available to you.
  • •To secure the platform — authenticate you, prevent abuse, and maintain audit logs of actions.
  • •To support you — respond to questions and fix problems.
  • •To improve the service — understand which features are used (aggregated/limited), with analytics only where permitted.

4. AI processing and service providers (subprocessors)

To produce your work, Cadryon sends the relevant content to trusted providers that operate parts of the service on our behalf:

  • •Anthropic — the AI models that draft your documents and messages. Your business content is sent to generate your work. We do not sell your data, and we rely on the provider's commitment not to train its models on business/API content by default.
  • •Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication.
  • •Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
  • •Email and integration providers you connect (e.g. Gmail, GitHub) — only to perform the actions you authorize.

5. AI-generated content

AI staff draft work for you to review; nothing is sent to a third party or acted on externally without your approval. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional (legal, financial, tax, or medical) advice — please verify before relying on it.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above to run the platform, when you direct us to (e.g. sending an email you approve), or where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete content in the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or backup purposes).

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport, access controls, and tenant isolation so each business's data is separated. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of non-essential cookies. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

  • •Access / export — request a copy of your data.
  • •Correction — update inaccurate information.
  • •Deletion — ask us to delete your account and data.
  • •Cookies — decline optional analytics in the cookie banner or your browser.

10. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Children

Cadryon is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the new version here and update the date above; significant changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
