Terms of Service

1. The service

Cadryon gives you a team of AI staff that draft business work — documents, messages, quotes, schedules, and briefs — based on the information you provide. You review everything. Nothing is sent externally or acted on outside the platform without your approval.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep them secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you put into the platform and the work product generated for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — to store your content and send it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy so we can produce your work.

You are responsible for the content you enter and for how you use the output, including obtaining any consents needed for personal data about third parties (such as the people you serve or your clients).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing.
• •Attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the service.
• •Scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform except as permitted by law.
• •Use the service to generate content that harasses, defrauds, or violates others' rights.

5. AI output — no professional advice

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and can reflect assumptions the model made. It is provided for your review and is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying it before relying on or sending it. For binding matters, consult a licensed professional.

6. Fees

Any paid plans, usage-based charges (such as AI usage), and billing terms will be shown to you before you incur them. Free features are provided as described on the site and may change.

7. Third-party services

The platform can connect to third-party services you authorize (for example email or code hosting). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, and branding are owned by Cadryon and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you use a free tier, a limited amount as permitted by law).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or the law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or its users. On termination, you may request an export of your data, subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the business operating the platform is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Update this section with your chosen governing law and venue.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the new version here; continued use after changes means you accept them.
